Water is very important for your body. Your skin, muscles, organs, and blood all contain water, and even your bones are made of over 30% water!

Macaws drink water every day and can even be found drinking water that’s collected in tree holes!

Gorillas get all the water they need from their food, munching up to 66 pounds (30kgs) of juicy roots, shoots, fruit, wild celery, tree bark, and sometimes insects, every single day!
